A number of services are available. Modalities include massage, PEMF, or cold laser. Owners are encouraged to contact me for further details regarding any of the services provided. Services are mobile- that means we come to you!

Initial Assessment $25

Massage ( 1 hr). $75

An initial assessment is required at the first visit for any new client. The assessment generally takes about 30 minutes to complete and includes a health history, as well as inspection and palpation of the horse to identify problem areas.The horse is usually observed at the walk and trot as well, unless this can not be accommodated( ie. horse too sore)

This is the basic session and may include the use of other modalities. Generally, the session starts with a PEMF session using the BEMER vet system. This BEMER session is a basic session.of between 5-15 min generally. Owners may opt out of this if they choose. This is followed by a full body massage**. Cold laser may also be utilised to aid in healing or stimulate accupoints for specific issues

**Horses with multiple or significant problem areas may take longer

PEMF stands for pulsed electromagnetic field. The BEMER vet set is used to provide a the horse with the benefits of this field which research has demonstrated aids in:

Microcirculation and vasomotion
Relaxation and regeneration after exercise
Parasympathetic processes in the body
Physical performance and suppleness
The recovery process after an injury
Post-recovery and regeneration after surgery

This system is designed for frequent and regular use for optimal effectiveness

Cold laser helps deliver a light signal to deeper tissue and can also be used to stimulate accupoints. It promotes healing of tissue such as open wounds, sore muscles, tendons. Using a cold laser to stimulate accupoints has been demonstrated to balance the meridians of Chinese medicine through out the body. Accupoint laser can be used to target certain problem areas. If an acute injury frequent sessions are recommended for optimal effectiveness.
